SADHANA is a non-profit, non-political voluntary organization committed to the welfare of the people, on 5E’s Empowerment, Education, hEalth, Environment, nEtwork and Linkages in rural, tribal and urban Communities. The organization aims at forming community based organization to bring positive change in them through people participation by adopting the values of Equality, Commitment, Transparency, Integrity and Ethics Since its inception in 2001, SADHANA has been working with the people and has brought significant changes in the lives of the stakeholders, especially youth, women and farmers those from the economically weaker sections. During its close presence with the community from the past 18 years, SADHANA has transformed the lives of more than 1, 00,000 youth, women and formers hailing from Mysuru and Chamarajanagar District of Karnataka state.
